How to Merge PDF Files for Free (No Software Needed)
Combine several PDFs into one file in your browser, in the right order, without uploading anything.

What you need
Two or more PDF files and any modern browser on a phone or computer. No account and no installation are needed.
Step by step
- Open the PDF Merger.
- Tap the file box and select your PDFs. Select them in the order you want the pages to appear.
- Check the list shown on screen.
- Press Merge PDFs, then press Download merged PDF.
Get the order right
Pages follow the order in which you selected the files. Renaming them 01, 02, 03 before you start makes this easy to control. If you chose the wrong order, select again.
Fix problems before merging
- Sideways pages: rotate the file first with the PDF Rotator.
- Only some pages needed: extract them with the PDF Splitter.
- Photos instead of PDFs: turn them into a PDF with Images to PDF.
- Password-protected file: remove the password in your PDF reader first.
Is it private?
The merging happens inside your browser, so your documents are not sent to a server. This is useful for contracts, ID copies and bank statements.
If the file is too big to send
Scanned PDFs are often large because they hold big photos. Shrink the original pictures with the image compressor, then rebuild the PDF. Keeping the final file under your email or portal limit saves a lot of trouble.
